Unclickable Hyperlinks in Email
It seems to strike Outlook Express 6 users more than anyone, and when using Windows XP, which comes with OE6. The problem was that on every text newsletter received, the hyperlinks weren't blue underlined, and weren't clickable. He had to copy and paste them into the browser address field.
