No options appear under Settings on the Advanced tab of Internet Options in IE 7

If you open the Tools | Internet Options dialog box in IE 7 and click the Advanced tab, you should see a list of Settings that you can check or uncheck. However, a missing registry subkey can cause this list to appear empty. Luckily, it's easy to fix. See KB article 928849 for instructions:
